All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms: More than 7 days before departure: Full refund, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable booking or processing fees. 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund. No-shows or late arrivals: No refunds will be issued. Special events, exclusive experiences and third-party tickets: May be non-refundable once purchased. Any specific conditions will be disclosed before booking. Operator Cancellations: If Access Okanagan cancels an experience due to weather, safety concerns, operational issues or insufficient participation, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Changes and Transfers: Date changes and ticket transfers may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability and supplier conditions. Assumption of Risk: I understand that tours, transportation, boating, recreational activities, winery visits and other experiences may involve inherent risks, including personal injury, illness, property damage and unforeseen circumstances. Participant Responsibility: I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Access Okanagan, its employees, contractors and participating service providers. Transportation and Marine Activities: I acknowledge that vehicle transportation and boating activities carry inherent risks, including changing road, water and weather conditions. Alcohol Consumption: I understand that certain experiences may involve alcoholic beverages. I agree to consume responsibly, comply with applicable laws and follow the directions of staff and service providers. Health and Fitness: I am responsible for assessing my ability to participate safely and for advising the operator of any relevant accessibility or assistance requirements. Third-Party Providers: I acknowledge that certain activities are delivered by independent service providers who are responsible for operating their respective services safely and in accordance with applicable laws. Release of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks of participation and agree to release Access Okanagan and its representatives from claims arising from those risks. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Minors: A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation by any guest under 19 years of age.
